Basic dry mortar plant process: Dust collector. Feeding materials into the inlet of bucket elevator manually. The raw materials is hoisted by bucket elevator to premix silo. Then mixed in double shaft agravic mortar mixer. After mixing, all materials will a second mixing in finished product silo. Then packed in bags using valve packing machine.Automatic control system and steel structure
