How to feed aggregates?
It can feed aggregates by skip hopper or by belt conveyor.The small plant,like 25 m3/h,35 m3/h,and 50 m3/h,feeds aggregates by skip hopper.The big plant,whose capacity is higher than 60 m3/h, feed aggregates by belt conveyor.
What about water & admixture feeding ?
There is an annular pipe for water or admixture feeding.
What will be total cycle time-feeding of material,mixing of material,discharging of concrete mix?
(we believe that water,admixture,cement & fly ash are also poured parallely while feeding material) The cycle time is 120 seconds
